At Leo Print we have our own graphic studio with the in-house capabilities to either design your document from scratch or re-set documents ready for printing such as letterhead paper or business forms.

If, on the other hand, you are providing your own artwork there are certain specifications that need to be met. Artwork files need to be supplied print ready and in one of the following formats:

High Res. PDF

• with crop/cut marks
• at least 3mm bleed to all edges
• all pictures and fonts embedded
• files should be provided as single pages (not paginated). However, please ensure that it is clear which order the pages go in. If possible, please also supply a low res pdf showing layout or hard copy mock-up.

Quark

• Quark 6.5 files (or earlier versions) with pictures and fonts supplied

Illustrator EPS

• with crop/cut marks
• at least 3mm bleed to all edges
• all fonts outlined

Indesign

• pictures and fonts supplied

General Points

Where the document is being printed using spot colours, please make it absolutely clear which pantones colours are being used.

If the document is being printed in full colour, please ensure that any black text is set as single colour black text and not CMYK.

Artwork files can be supplied either by email to info@leoprint.co.uk or larger files can be supplied on disk or uploaded to our ftp site. Please ask us for our ftp site details.
